1. Overview

At Phimlorebrchon, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products purchased from our website phimlorebrchon.world, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

2. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason, in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 14 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email) before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at managers@phimlorebrchon.world within 14 days of receiving the product, stating your intention to return.
  2. Include your order details (name, email, and order date) in your communication.
  3. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product, including the return shipping address.
  4. Ship the product back to us within 14 days of communicating your decision to withdraw.

4. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and full refund:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
  • The product must not have been used, consumed, or tampered with.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by you (the consumer), unless we have agreed to bear them or if we failed to inform you that you must bear them, in accordance with Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

6. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product or you provide evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earlier.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at managers@phimlorebrchon.world. In such cases:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • You are entitled to a replacement or full refund, including all delivery costs.
  • Your statutory rights under Finnish consumer protection law remain unaffected.

8. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU:

  • Products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Products that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

10. Consumer Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your return or complaint, you may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta):
